TWO-YEAR MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY

on the absence of defects in the frame and rear swing arm. This warranty specifically covers functionality and freedom from material or manufacturing defects and frame breaks. The warranty period begins with the handover or delivery of the e-bike.

This warranty does not limit your statutory rights. Rather, this warranty extends the legally required liability for material defects in your favor.

The warranty applies if you are the first owner of the e-bike. In the event of a warranty claim, the purchase receipt and the frame or the complete e-bike must be sent to our factory. Therefore, keep the purchase receipt carefully. To make a warranty claim, please contact the dealer from whom you purchased the bike. This dealer will handle the warranty processing on our behalf. The warranty excludes damage caused by wear and tear, falls, overloading, improper handling, modification of the e-bike, attachment and conversion of additional components, tuning, competition use, jumps, and atypical overstressing. The warranty applies only to private use of the e-bike and only within the European Union. The service under the warranty covers the replacement of the defective part; conversion and shipping costs are not part of the warranty. Further claims such as damages or loss of use are excluded under the warranty. Should such claims nevertheless exist for other reasons (e.g., during the statutory liability for material defects), these shall remain unaffected. In the event of a warranty exchange, Zweirad Union e-Mobility GmbH & Produktion Co. KG reserves the right to deliver or install functionally equivalent or higher-value goods. Any warranty service does not extend the original warranty period.
